Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for selected locations.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other customer-related reasons, additional charges may apply for re-shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, Aaram Veda is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
